    There are two ways to request a new account. First, your current primary Care contact can submit a new User Account Request case on your behalf. If you do not have a current primary Care contact, please contact us by e-mail or phone using the contact information found here.

    Q. How do I change my 'Care' password?
    A.
    It's as simple as updating your profile within the system. For more information on how to perform this update, please reference the "Getting Support" folder in our enhanced knowledgebase within 'Care'.
